In addition, all substances used are certified according to the regulations of the relevant medicines (DAB, EU-PH USP). Happy Liquids uses three varieties of liquids that are flavored. The in-house liquid bases are composed of the following ingredients: The PG bases contain 80% propylene glycol 10% glycerol and 10% bidistilled water. VG bases have a proportion of 60% vegetarian glycerin, 20% propylene glycol 20% bidistilled water and the SubOhm bases consist of 70% vegetarian glycerin and 30% propylene glycol. In addition, Happy Liquids offers various basic bases for self-mixing. The mixing ratio is 50% propylene glycol, 40% glycerin, 10% bidistilled water. The nicotine strength can be determined from 0% to 2.4%.

The liquids are produced in the in-house laboratory in Munich. The ingredients are also from certified and licensed partners from Germany.
